Mango-lover
Oh yes, we discovered a few weeks ago that our daughter LOVES mangoes. Actually, I can't describe in words how much she loves them. The best way I can explain it is this: I've never seen her eat cleaner than when she eats mangoes (she's a SUPER messy eater usually, but when eating mangoes, she doesn't require ANY clean-up, at all), and she will most seriously and literally eat ANYTHING if it's mixed with mangoes. That's how we get her to eat her veggies and other good foods that she abhors; we simply mix in 1/3 mangoes. It's so gross to mix things like peas with mangoes, but hey, if she eats them, who cares, right? She likes it. I just find it super-hilarious!!

I know EXACTLY was you mean. Jayce never if gets a spot on his bib when we feel him the desserts. What kind of mangos?
ReplyDeleteI can totally see that Ally, especially after watching that video of him on your blog crying because he "ran out of food". So cute!! :)
ReplyDeleteI blend up fresh mangoes and give them to her, although they do sell mangoes in the baby food (we buy the beechnut or beechtree or whatever brand cuz it's cheaper), but those don't seem to be as yummy to her, I'm guessing because they put grape juice and other stuff in it.
